Rodel Miñoza graduated with his Bachelor's in Accounting from San Isidro College. Immediately after acquiring his degree, he was hired at one of the rural banks in the city as accounting staff and after several months, he was promoted as corporate accountant handling 17 branches and a group of bookkeepers who ensure quality recording and preparation of timely financial statements to all stakeholders. 

 

Before joining ICS, Rodel got extensive experience by working with various US and Australian companies across different industries such as real estate, F & B, logistics, law firms, Accounting and Bookkeeping firm which let him develop his skills in financial analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, and 360 Bookkeeping. He was also exposed and gained in-depth knowledge in using various accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and Desktop version, Xero, Sage 50, and Wave Accounting. Currently, he is finishing his Masters Degree in Management major in Business management at Bukidnon State University
